Digital Products - No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded, in compliance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

However, we will exchange or replace a digital product if:

• The file is corrupt or defective and does not work in Procreate
.• You purchased the wrong product by mistake and haven't downloaded it yet.

Cancellation Policy

Because all of our products are digital downloads, cancellations are not possible once an order is completed.
Please double-check your order and make sure you have the correct software (such as Procreate) before purchasing.

However, the following uses are not allowed:

• Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the brush files or digital coloring pages in any form

• Claiming the brushes, templates, or artwork as your own
